NOTE The Rosemont does not allow Arbnb in the building. This allows for better security and safety for our guests. Too many negative aspects have occurred in other condominiums having daily Arbnb type guests with amenity damages, overuse of elevators breaking down service access with 15-30 min. waits. All our guests are relocating or on work assignment in Toronto with the majority of our furnished guests staying between 2-6 months.
